After shooting a test film to ensure the camera worked ok then cleaning the camera itself followed by a full repair of the case it was time to shoot my first real film!
For this I decided to shoot two films in order to get some variety and a broader view of the cameras and my performance
First Film I went with Ilford FP4+ ISO 125

The images were shot in Margate and Canterbury over two very sunny days
Second Film
I went with Ilford FP4+ ISO 125

The images were shot in Cambridge and Canterbury over two very sunny days
What did I learn from the shoot
Camera appears to be working quite well
Light meter appears to be working ok
Difficult to set the ISO especially for small increments
Started to understand what will come into shot and what won't based on what can be seen on the screen
How difficult it is to get the image level
How slow the process is
Constraints of the lens focal length
If your not careful you can get a double exposure as i did in one image
Used Take It Easy Lab for processing good quick processing digitals came back quickly and efficiently - still waiting for negatives
Will be more selective on what I shoot but for a test run of a mix of subjects went quite well
Its great fun to use and makes me a more considered photographer
hope you found My Rolleiflex Journey - Part 4 interesting
